Franklin County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. It is not a private-investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.
Purpose of This Resource
This is a private reference site with no ties to a Franklin County or Massachusetts government office. It does not store official jail, release, correctional, or court records. It cannot confirm custody, order a release, post bail, or file a request or court document for a visitor.
The site points toward Franklin County release-record sources, Massachusetts custody systems, and outside research tools. Official public-record requests remain governed by Massachusetts law, including M.G.L. c. 66, and must be directed to the agency that holds the requested record.
Acceptable Use Rules
- Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
- Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person.
- Do not base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision on site content.
